The Koshi Decorative Basket combines hand-painted porcelain, an octagonal shape and a worked metal base. Measuring 27 cm wide, 18 cm high and 9 cm deep, it suits consoles, side tables, shelves and coffee-table compositions where the rim design and handle detailing also contribute to the decor.
The interior features a warm-toned floral composition, a detailed border and a structure raised on curved feet. The result is a decorative piece that works on its own or supporting small, lightweight objects, with a marked visual presence from the interplay of porcelain and a metallic finish.
The piece brings together a floral interior, a worked border in an aged gold tone and openwork side handles. The raised base reinforces the decorative use and creates prominence on consoles, shelves and buffets.
Works well on consoles, side tables, shelves, entryways and in decorative compositions. It can also serve as a centerpiece when the aim is to highlight form, painting and finish.
To preserve the piece, clean with a soft cloth, dry or slightly damp. Avoid abrasive products.
The main use is decorative. It can support small, lightweight items in arrangements, but the highlight is its visual presentation.
