The My First Love decorative sculpture by Guillermo Forchino captures the artist’s playful humor in a dynamic, story-like scene. Cast in resin, it depicts a compact car packed with passengers and luggage, the roof open and a wealth of small accessories on view. The dark body with light stripes and emphasized contours gives the piece movement and presence.
Measuring 28 cm in length, 16 cm in width and 13 cm in height, and weighing 1.16 kg, it offers a versatile scale: noticeable on a shelf or console without taking over the entire surface. It reads well in living spaces and offices, on side tables or niches, whether as a single focal piece or paired with books and decorative boxes for a more relaxed composition.
The design stages a small dark-toned car with contrasting light stripes. Through the open roof and windows, figures and stacked volumes fill the interior, reinforcing the narrative feel. The finish highlights outlines, accessories and subtle color contrasts, producing a playful, expressive look that invites a closer look.
Works well on consoles, shelves, niches, side tables and office settings. Use it solo to anchor a composition or combine it with books and decorative boxes for an informal arrangement.
For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive products, impact and drops. It is also advisable to keep the piece out of prolonged direct sun to help preserve the finish over time.
