We ship to retailers all over Brazil from our distribution center in Itu (SP).

Orders are picked and shipped after payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Good to know

Made-to-order and pre-sale products have their own lead times, shown on the product page.
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one shipment.
Furniture: delivery is made on the ground floor. Assembly, hoisting and carrying up stairs are not included. Check the size of the pieces and of the access points before buying.

Check the goods at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person:

If the packaging is open, tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and write down the reason on the delivery receipt.
Check that the products and quantities match the invoice.
If you notice any damage after receiving the order, let our team know within 48 hours, with photos and the order number.
