This policy explains how Ribeiro e Pavani collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, the LGPD). Even though we are a store for businesses, we process data about people: partners, buyers and store contacts, as well as website visitors.

What data we collect

Registration

Name, email, phone, company details (such as corporate name and CNPJ) and addresses.

Orders

Products, amounts, payment method, delivery address and invoice. We never receive the full card number.

Credit analysis

For the invoiced boleto: company and partner data used in the financial analysis.

Customer service and browsing

Messages exchanged with our team; IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies.

How we use it

To create and maintain your account and show wholesale prices.
To process orders and payments, issue invoices and deliver.
To analyze credit for the invoiced boleto, when you request it.
To serve your store, including exchanges and warranty.
To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
To send news and conditions for retailers, if you authorize it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand how the website is used, in order to improve it.

We use data on the legal bases of the LGPD: to perform the purchase and sale contract, to comply with legal obligations (such as tax obligations), for credit protection, for our legitimate interest (such as security and website improvement) and, for marketing communications, with your consent.

Who we share it with

The store platform (Nuvemshop), which hosts the website and the data.
Payment providers and financial institutions, to process payments and analyze credit.
Carriers and the postal service, to deliver orders.
Accounting and tax authorities, to issue and keep invoices; and authorities, when required by law.
Audience measurement and advertising tools, when active on the website, through cookies.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep data while your account is active and, after that, for the periods required by law, such as those for keeping tax documents.

Under the LGPD, you can request: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about who we share it with; and withdrawal of consent.
